Screen Research Selected as Screen Provider for the Marché du Film at the 61st Cannes Film Festival
Nantes, France – May 14-25, 2008 – Screen Research, a world-class provider of innovative projector screen solutions for the custom home theater and professional markets, has been selected as the official screen partner for the 2008 Marché du Film. For the third consecutive year, in support of the Cannes Film festival, Screen Research will provide eight award-winning acoustically transparent projection screens for the Marché du Film and the Short Film Corner screening rooms. The Marché du Film is the largest international film market and the driving force behind the prestigious Cannes Film festival. The Marché’s digital cinema and video screening rooms will feature five Screen Research ClearPix2 projection screens, for a true cinematic experience. The Marché du Film will present 4,000 films on top of the 64 films in competition for the Cannes Film Festival. In addition, all three of the Short Film Corner screening rooms will be equipped with Clear Pix2 projection screens in the Palais des Festival.
